The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Waste Water Adoptions Team. This role is key in supporting the coordination, administration, and communication of adoption processes under Section 104 sewer adoption process, ensuring efficient progression of schemes from initial instruction through to final handover.
You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, developers, and consultants to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing of payments, and effective management of project milestones in line with company and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment, with plenty of variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others affected by your actions or omissions.
- Embody and promote Leep Utilities' core values in all decisions and behaviours, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements as required.
- Complete any reasonable task, as requested by your Line Manager.
- Coordinate the Waste Water Adoption team, providing progress updates on key actions to internal and project stakeholders.
- Produce letters and email correspondence as requested by Adoption team.
- Send legal instruction packages to commence S104 agreements.
- Follow up on legal queries and completions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure traction of projects liaising with developers and consultants.
- Ensure all sales handover, legal & project related documentation is requested and is stored in SharePoint.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each Manager's workload, serving as the primary point of reference for information.
- Handle project-related Purchase Orders and invoicing.
- Manage project risk registers, trackers, directories, programs, and the Project Email account.
- Manage expenses for the Waste Water Adoptions Managers.
- Order PPE for the wider business.
