Leep Utilities in Manchester is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. This part-time role (20–21 hours per week) coordinates the monthly payroll for around 160 colleagues and supports pensions, benefits and core HR processes in Cezanne.
You’ll work with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure accuracy, deadlines, and compliance with HMRC. You’ll produce regular payroll MI and act as the first point of contact for pay, pension or benefits questions.
