Leep Utilities is seeking a Debt Specialist to join its Debt team and oversee specialist collections, including insolvency, Breathing Space and related DCA processes, ensuring adherence to policy, regulatory requirements and best practice.
You will work with the wider Debt team and external partners to resolve complex queries, support vulnerable customers, improve account accuracy and contribute to stronger collections performance and operational efficiency.
