About the team
Leekes, the family-owned award-winning retailer are pleased to announce our plans to open an exciting new furniture store on Kingsditch Retail Park, Cheltenham in November.
The store will feature a welcoming café, offering a selection of hot and cold drinks alongside a tempting menu of savoury and sweet snacks, providing customers with a comfortable space to relax and recharge during their shopping experience.
We are looking for experienced restaurant assistants who have exceptional customer service skills join our new retail team.
The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
About the role
- Welcoming customers with smile and promoting our exciting range of products.
- Preparing our delicious range of hot and cold drinks and snacks.
- Ensuring that the café display counters are appealing to our customers.
- Working with the team to maintain cleanliness standards within the café.
- Support and assist customers with any food or allergen queries.
About you
- Passionate about delivering a high standard of service and able to have fun with our customers.
- Experience in a food handling role is desirable.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and cope well under pressure.
