- What You’ll Do
- Implement and develop plans and adaptations to support students to achieve their potential in lessons
- Provide feedback to teachers on pupils’ achievements, progress and development
- Organise and lead extra-curricular activities such as lunch clubs and revision sessions
- Accompany staff and pupils on visits and trips
- Encourage pupils to engage in the full spectrum of school life
- Provide general support to pupils and promote and safeguard the welfare of young people
