Leek Building Society is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving business objectives. You will recruit, coach and develop the branch team, building strong relationships within the local community and promoting Society products.
You will be an ambassador for the Leek Building Society brand, drive performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal processes while delivering the Corporate Plan.
