We need you to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and to have the ability to inspire your colleagues’ service throughout your team.

Our retail stores are fast-paced and ever-changing to make sure that our retail offer is perfect for our students, so you will need to have the ability to develop and deliver new initiatives whilst maintaining a high level of retail standards.
