About the role:

To provide administrative and operational support to the Events and Programmes team and give exceptional customer service to a programme of activities and events for both students and the general public.

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate would work within the LUU Student Programmes and Events team to provide administrative and operational support to the Events and Programmes team and give exceptional customer service to a programme of activities and events for both students and the general public.

  • To lead on administrative support for the Student Programmes and Events Team
  • To support the Student Programmes team in ensuring that Crossroads, and its staff and volunteers, meet its operational service standards
  • To provide excellent customer service, supporting all LUU members who interact with The Events and Programmes Team
  • Administration of the LUU Events inbox and the Student Programmes and Events Inbox and provide admin support for general booking enquiries
  • To deal with Events’ general enquiries (telephone and email)
  • To provide full administrative support, including invoicing and minute taking

We are looking for a confident administrator with exceptional communication skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
