We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Teaching Excellence Coordinator to support the enhancement of learning, teaching and assessment across the University. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to initiatives that improve student engagement, success and outcomes, while helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and teaching excellence.

Working within the Academic Quality and Student Success team, you will coordinate and support a range of teaching enhancement activities, including academic development programmes, peer review of teaching, and initiatives that promote inclusive and evidence-informed pedagogic practice. You will play a key role in supporting academic colleagues to deliver an exceptional student experience and achieve positive student outcomes.

The role involves working closely with academic schools, professional services teams, the Students' Union and student representatives to deliver projects that enhance teaching quality, student engagement and success. You will use data and insight to support decision-making, monitor the impact of initiatives, and contribute to institutional priorities such as continuation, completion, progression and Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) readiness.

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with experience of project coordination, stakeholder engagement and data-informed enhancement activity. You will have a passion for learning and teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse range of colleagues and partners.
