Please note this is a fixed term role until 1 January 2027. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Placement Administrator to join our Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate. You will support Placements across the Directorate whilst being based in the School Partnerships Office with a primary focus on supporting School Based Training.
As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will provide professional and timely support to a range of people including students, placement providers and colleagues. Duties include:
- Managing shared inboxes
- Maintaining and auditing placement records
- Maintaining up-to-date resources
- Minuting meetings
- Supporting placement-related events and communications
You will also assist in reviewing systems and processes, supporting student and provider engagement, and ensuring compliance throughout the placement lifecycle. Excellent organisational skills, a close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also key. Experience with MS Teams, MS Excel, data handling, and working in a busy administrative environment is desirable.
