Do you enjoy creating impactful learning experiences that enable others to succeed in their roles? We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Practitioner to join our Learning & Organisational Development team here at Leeds Trinity University.
This is a new position that will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging development opportunities to support colleagues to perform at their best. Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the institution, you will help create a positive culture of workplace learning that supports our strategic ambitions and strengthens colleague experience.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development, you will design, deliver and evaluate an inclusive range of learning and development workshops, programmes and opportunities to support leadership and management, colleague and team performance.
