Salary The starting salary will be from £47,389 up to £51,753 per annum (pro rata) in Grade 8a, depending on qualifications and experience

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of digital and AI-enabled learning support within a values-led university environment. As our Digital & AI Learning Support Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for digital learning platforms, AI-enhanced learning initiatives, IT systems training, and specialist media learning facilities.

Working closely with academic and professional services colleagues, you will ensure students and staff have access to high-quality support, training and resources that enhance learning, teaching and assessment. You will also play a key role in driving digital transformation, embedding best practice in the responsible use of AI, and delivering innovative services aligned to the University's strategic priorities.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in digital learning, educational technology, IT service delivery or a related field. You will have a proven track record of managing teams, leading complex programmes and building strong stakeholder relationships, alongside a sound understanding of digital learning technologies, digital skills development and emerging AI tools.

With a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, you will inspire high-performing teams, oversee service improvement initiatives and ensure an outstanding experience for staff and students.

Experience of Agile and/or ITIL frameworks, along with knowledge of higher education and AI in education, would be advantageous.

This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely and at our city centre campus, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
