  • Salary: The starting salary will be from £47,389 up to £56,535 per annum (pro rata) in Grade 8, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Contractual hours: 35
  • Basis: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive the design, development and delivery of transformational curriculum change across the institution. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering our Academic Futures strategy and helping to create an inclusive, future-focused curriculum that enables every student to succeed.

As Curriculum Change, Design and Delivery Lead, you will work collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues to lead institution-wide curriculum transformation projects, support programme development and review, and ensure curricula remain relevant, innovative and aligned with strategic priorities and sector expectations. You will champion evidence-informed curriculum design, embedding principles of inclusion, digital innovation, sustainability, employability and student success across our portfolio.

Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance on curriculum enhancement, facilitate communities of practice, and lead the successful implementation of new and revised programmes. We are looking for a collaborative and highly organised individual with significant experience of curriculum design, academic enhancement and leading complex change initiatives within a higher education environment.

You will possess excellent relationship-building skills, a strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory requirements, and the ability to influence and inspire colleagues across the University. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about educational innovation to make a lasting impact on curriculum excellence, student outcomes and the future direction of higher education at Leeds Trinity University.
