In preparation for summer residential conferences, language schools and courses, we are looking for a Conference Assistant to join the team over the busy period. This summer, the University will welcome a diverse range of residential groups including academic conferences, associations, and language schools to campuses in both Horsforth and Leeds City Centre.
We are looking for a Conference Assistant to act as the first point of contact for guests, help with setup, administration, registrations, and operational support for events, such as guiding speakers on how to use audio visual equipment in lecture and seminar rooms.
The successful candidates will have experience of providing excellent customer service, be highly organised and have a problem‑solving pro‑active approach. Experience of event planning is an advantage.
Hours will be an average of 28 hours per week to include weekends and evenings. This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds.
