We are looking for a dedicated Records and Assessment Administrative Assistant to join our Records Team. The Student Records Team, together with the Assessment Team, forms an integral part of the wider Student Administration function. This function is responsible for all administrative activities relating to student records and assessment including timetabling, student registration, student loan administration, processing student results, progression and award calculations and the co-ordination and management of graduation events.

The dedicated and friendly team is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all students, colleagues and external parties. The successful postholder will provide efficient administrative support to the operation of the Student Records Team. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of student enquiries, accurate maintenance of student records and administration of replacement award documentation. They will work closely across the Student Administration team, contributing as necessary to all aspects of Student Administration activity.

The successful candidate will have proven administrative skills and experience and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility individually, and work as part of a team. They will also be able to demonstrate good IT skills along with the ability to manage their time. A positive and enthusiastic outlook is essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills as comprehensive training will be provided.

This role will be based at our Horsforth campus with options for flexible, remote working through our agile framework.
