We are seeking an experienced Delivery Partner to lead the delivery of digital and technology services across our Professional Services and Critical Technologies portfolios. Reporting to the Director of IT and Information Systems, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the University to understand business priorities, shape technology solutions and ensure successful delivery of programmes, projects and services. You will play a key role in translating strategic objectives into practical digital outcomes, while managing budgets, suppliers, governance and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of Professional Services and Critical Technologies portfolio of change.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Manage portfolio priorities, resources, budgets and risks.
- Support the department towards being agile and product led.
- Oversee supplier and contract management activities.
- Ensure change and services are delivered in line with governance, compliance and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
- Lead, support and develop teams to achieve successful outcomes.
You will be a strategic and commercially minded technology leader with experience delivering complex digital, IT and business change programmes in a large organisation. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong commercial and financial awareness, and experience managing suppliers, contracts and technology delivery portfolios. You will be confident balancing strategic planning with operational delivery, ensuring initiatives are aligned to organisational objectives and deliver tangible benefits. Experience within higher education or another complex environment would be advantageous.
This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely and at our city centre campus, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
