We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Placement Administrator to join our Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate. You will support Placements across the Directorate whilst being based in the Professional Placements Team.

Working in our Professional Placements Team, this role will contribute to our strategic aim to be a career-led University, ensuring we develop our learners for careers of the future. With every undergraduate degree programme including a compulsory placement and work-based learning opportunities throughout, this unique feature provides an exciting opportunity to join the team as we grow and enhance our current provision.

As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will provide professional and timely support to a range of people including students, placement providers and colleagues. Duties include managing shared inboxes, maintaining and processing placement records and paperwork, maintaining up-to-date resources, minuting meetings, and supporting placement-related events and communications. You will also assist in reviewing systems and processes, supporting student and provider engagement, and ensuring compliance throughout the placement lifecycle.

Excellent organisational skills, a close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also key. Experience with MS Teams, MS Excel, data handling, and working in a busy administrative environment is desirable.
