The Project Manager will be responsible for management of the supported Shape Up 4 Surgery (sSU4S) programme on a day-to-day basis. The post holder will develop and deliver effective processes, procedures, and management tools to enable successful project delivery. The sSU4S Project Manager is the operational lead for all aspects of maintaining a volunteer workforce within the Trust to support the delivery of the programme. The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, development, and appraisal of the volunteer workforce in the sSU4S programme.

As the project manager you will lead the design and delivery of systems to ensure successful delivery of the programme as well the collation and reporting of data, evidence, and assurance regarding its performance. Analysis of performance and volunteer activity will be reported Trust wide and to other city partners.

A key part of this role is the ability to form and maintain working relationships with a wide range of staff across the Trust and with external advisors and stakeholders. One aim of sSU4S is to create collaboration between the Trust and community offers, to enable seamless referrals between the community and the LTHT sSU4S volunteering teams.
