Position: Medical Secretary / PA – Full time (37.5h), permanent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liver HPB validation of waiting lists
  • Rota input
  • IPT of patients to other trusts/private sector
  • Dealing with patient queries
  • Filing and diary management
  • Organising meetings
  • Developing, maintaining and managing office and information systems in support of the service
  • Preparing agendas
  • Taking, transcribing and distributing meeting minutes
  • Booking venues and refreshments
  • Ensuring clinical correspondence and administrative tasks meet internal and national standards and targets
  • Ensuring compliance with Health
