Job Summary
The postholder will support the MMPS clinical teams with Best Value Medicines to deliver a programme of work that optimises the use of best‑value medicines in agreed clinical areas.
They will develop project management support for the BVM programme to plan, track and support the delivery of work related to medicines switches, and work alongside clinical pharmacists to develop the role of Specialist Technician validation, sharing best practice and developing training plans and guidance.
This will include validation of home‑care prescriptions, as well as validation and ordering of medicines used for treatment on the day‑case unit.

- Collaborate with clinical pharmacists to develop Specialist Technician validation processes.
