Registered Midwife with current NMC registration and qualified PMA. Extensive experience in maternity services across a variety of settings. Ability to deliver and embed the A‑EQUIP model effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Main duties of the job:
- Leading the delivery of the A‑EQUIP (Advocating for Education and Quality Improvement) model, ensuring high‑quality restorative clinical supervision and support for professional development.
- Driving service alignment, promoting equity of access to PMA support across all sites, and ensuring the PMA service is visible, valued, and integral to continuous improvement.
- Championing midwifery leadership, supporting staff wellbeing, and contributing to the delivery of safe, personalised care for women and families.
- Coordinating a consistent and high‑quality PMA service to enhance midwifery professional development and staff wellbeing.
- Collaborating with maternity and leadership teams across the trust.
Qualifications: Experienced, registered midwife with current NMC registration and PMA qualification.
Experience: Experience of quality improvement, audit, service development, and data analysis in a maternity setting. Demonstrated leadership and management of teams.
