The childrens medical wards L40 Lcat and L30 have vacancies for Band 3 clinical support workers. Main duties of the job
- The successful candidates should be able to use their own initiative to achieve the planned care outcomes.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills in written, verbal and electronic format (this may include accessing and updating patient records on central databases or electronic systems).
- Be able to escalate concerns regarding patients' physical or psychological needs, or changes in their clinical condition to a registered practitioner within appropriate time frames.
