Main duties of the job:
- Providing administration support to the Outpatient clinics at St James University Hospital.
- Using the Patient Administration System for computer‑based work.
- Providing front‑of‑house reception support.
- Booking patient appointments in person and by telephone.
- Ensuring all paperwork and systems are prepared in advance of appointments.
- Completing all post‑clinic actions in a timely manner.
- Working collaboratively with the Referral and Booking Service, Outpatient Nursing, Switchboard, Phlebotomy, and the Robotic Process Automation teams.
