We are currently seeking a dynamic individuals with strong organisational skills and the ability to work in busy school receptions. You will require a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and have the ability to relate to people of all levels in a polite and professional manner. SIMS knowledge is essential and a knowledge of attendance is desirable. Responsibilities and Duties You will be responsible for keeping organised records and preparing correspondence to parents as well as filing and photocopying when required. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school and be able to deal with their requirements. Upkeep of the school meeting rooms is part of your day to day role alongside dealing with hospitality. You may also be required to collect, record and bank dinner money.
