About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of the Rothwell Cluster, as an Administrator. You will work in a multi-agency team that is making a real difference in families' lives. The administrator is a key position in the cluster supporting a team of family support workers and counsellors supporting families in Rothwell.
Key duties will include:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry on computer systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate timely responses to enquiries made by telephone, email etc.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth operations.
- Providing administration support to the wider teams.
About you: Previous administration experience is beneficial for this role. Experience of using Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.). Professional and approachable attitude. The ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team. Have excellent organisational and communicational skills. Please note that full training will be provided within the initial 2 weeks of employment.
