What will the role look like?
As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Linking Leeds. You’ll support individuals to access non‑medical support by completing holistic assessments, co‑creating personal Wellbeing Plans, and linking people to community groups and services that boost mental, physical, and social wellbeing. Working across GP practices, community venues, and occasionally from home, you’ll help people build resilience, independence and a better quality of life.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with a passion for reducing health inequalities and promoting diversity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and someone who’s comfortable working across different locations.
Recruitment Information
We are currently recruiting for 2 × Wellbeing coordinator roles, 37 hours per week, Salary: £25,392‑£26,936 per annum, pro rata. We also have an 18.5 hours per week role with Feel Good Factor – city wide with targeted team, Salary: £14,231 per annum.
