Abbey Grange is a thriving, highly successful and over-subscribed 11-18 Church of England converter Academy which serves communities right across the city of Leeds. Our students come from all over the city to receive an education which we all work together to challenge them academically, support them pastorally and help them develop socially and spiritually.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is:
- Looking to provide support and guidance to students to achieve a good attendance record
- An inspirational, caring practitioner who operates with integrity, warmth and a sense of humour
- Looking to develop their career within a supportive team
- Able to monitor and report data using available tools to inform actions
You will be:

- A team-player who is able to build positive relationships with families, parents and carers to achieve improvement
