The team efficiently operates the Playhouse Bar, Terrace Bar, Playhouse Kitchen and Front Room Café, proactively maximising sales, especially during periods of great time pressure. Food & Beverage Supervisors are required to cover all aspects of Food & Beverage service delivery in each of the areas of operation. The Supervisor may oversee more than one area at a time depending on business levels, and will have oversight of a staff group made up of several team members.

We actively encourage people from a variety of backgrounds with different experiences, skills, and stories to join us and influence and develop the future of the Playhouse.
