Overview
Housekeeper (16 hours) at Leeds Playhouse. This role is part of the Housekeeping team and aims to ensure a safe and welcoming environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in public areas and back of house.
Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in public areas and back of house.
- Work closely with Front of House and Security teams; report to the Building Operations and Facilities Manager with support from the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Deliver cleaning across two main buildings, including set areas on a regular rotational basis as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proactive and hands-on; able to work independently to a high standard.

- Contract: Part-time, Permanent
- Hours: 16 hours per week (usually across 4 days Mon–Sat; 6:30am–10:30am with occasional afternoon/evening shifts)
- Salary: £10,159 per year (based on 16 hours per week). Full-time equivalent salary £22,222 per year.
