Leeds Playhouse is seeking a collaborative and creative Director to lead our Playhouse Ensembles strand within Playhouse Connect’s new chapter, overseeing 10 ensembles including 7 Youth Theatre cohorts, Heydays, and Theatre of Sanctuary.
The role provides strategic oversight, directs two ensembles, and manages freelance artists to lead the others; collaborates with the Artistic team to align with the organisation’s artistic vision.
