As our Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator, you are the commercial driving force behind our corporate meetings, private events, and VWorks coworking spaces. You will handle the entire journey from the first phone call to the final contract, blending sharp administrative precision with the natural charm needed to close deals, retain members, and ensure every meeting and event runs flawlessly.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing
As our Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator, you are the engine of the shift. We trust you to handle:
- The Hustle: Generating new business across Meetings & Events, Local Corporate, and our VWorks club. You will proactively research leads, pitch our meeting rooms and event spaces, and ruthlessly chase down your targets.
- The Details: Managing the complete booking journey for all meetings and events. You will supply accurate proposals, post revenues, and uphold absolute data integrity in our systems, replacing guesswork with quantifiable application velocity metrics to measure your conversion success.
- The Community: Championing the VWorks membership. You will process new sign ups, manage the monthly payment administration, and build genuine relationships with members to encourage long term retention.
- The Bridge: Acting as the vital link between the client and the hotel floor. You will coordinate all Meetings & Events details with total precision, escalate issues swiftly, and ensure the operations team delivers exactly what you promised.
