Location: Leeds
We are looking for a Senior Grounds Maintenance Operative to help oversee our grounds maintenance team and keep our estates looking clean, safe and well cared for.

What you’ll do:
- Carry out grounds and estate maintenance, making regular site visits and ensuring good quality
- Lead by example and working alongside the team to complete jobs
- Check work quality and ensuring health and safety standards are followed
- Be a friendly point of contact for tenants while working on our estates
- Support and guide team members, including new starters
- Deliver short toolbox talks
- Keep basic records of work completed, materials used and equipment checks
- Make sure vehicles, tools and machinery are used safely and looked after
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping or a similar role
- Someone who is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work
- Ability to support and guide other team members
- Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
