The Vacancy: Do you have experience in housing management and want to help people make a home? Leeds Federated is seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Officer to join our Area Team. In this role, you'll take ownership of a designated portfolio of homes, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for building strong, positive relationships and ensuring our customers receive a high-quality, responsive service, that is built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect.
What you'll do:
- Act as the main interface between the association and the customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure services are provided effectively
- Provide support that recognises and responds to the needs of individuals and communities
