Gardener £26,227 per annum Leeds Permanent We’re looking for a Gardener to support the day-to-day delivery of grounds maintenance, estate management, and improvement works across Leeds Federated. Internally referred to as Grounds Maintenance Operative What you’ll do: * Carry out grounds and estate maintenance across communal areas, following set schedules and instructions * Complete grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, planting, fencing, and litter picking * Use tools, equipment, and machinery safely and report any issues or defects * Always follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE * Engage positively with tenants and represent Leeds Federated in a professional manner * Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained What we’re looking for: * Some experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or a practical outdoor role * Reliable, organised, and able to manage your daily workload * Able to work independently as well as part of a team * A positive attitude and commitment to delivering good customer service * Hold a full UK driving licence (essential) If you are ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of a purpose-driven organisation, apply today!
