We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help develop and deliver our recruitment, talent and acquisition strategy and attract the best candidates to opportunities at Leeds Federated. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to the point of offer * Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent * Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs * Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Able to work within a pressurised environment responding to multiple issues, demands and competing priorities * A proactive problem solver with a passion for talent sourcing and placement The Company: Leeds Federated is a housing association with around 4,500 properties across Leeds, Wakefield, and North Yorkshire.
