The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

In this role, you will work closely with our Neighbourhood and Housing teams, supporting the delivery of tenancy and neighbourhood services. You will gain valuable insight into the day-to-day running of housing management, develop practical administrative skills, and collaborate with colleagues across the association.

What you’ll do:

  • Providing efficient day-to-day administrative support to the Housing Team
  • Updating housing management systems and keeping records accurate and well maintained
  • Supporting meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation and minute taking
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and external correspondence by gathering information, formatting documents, and supporting team communications
  • Helping gather information to respond to customer enquiries and complaints
  • Working with Neighbourhood Officers and other teams to keep customer information accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with key housing processes, including tenancy administration and system checks
  • Contributing to excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality in line with GDPR
