The RLC Manager is a key role within the Pastoral Team, supporting students to reflect on behaviour choices, re‑engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes. You will oversee the daily running of the RLC, working with students who require time out of mainstream lessons and delivering academic, restorative and behaviour‑support interventions. You will be proactive, resilient and skilled at motivating disengaged learners, de‑escalating challenging situations and promoting positive behaviour. Working closely with colleagues, you will help plan and deliver targeted interventions that support both academic progress and lasting behaviour improvement.
