Hours: 37 Hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • The main responsibilities of the role will be to teach GCSE and/or Functional skills maths at our North Street and South Bank campuses.
  • Develop programmes of study to meet the needs of our learners who have not yet achieved a Level 2 qualification in maths.
  • Assess students in accordance with the requirements of the programme.
  • Contribute to systems of quality and assist in the effective organisation of the department by establishing syllabuses, schemes of learning and records as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 Qualification or higher in Maths or a relevant subject.
  • A level 4 teaching qualification or higher.
  • Level 2 GCSE English and Maths (GCSE Grades 9-4/A-C or a Level 2 Equivalent).
