We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Maths Department, playing a vital role in supporting staff, learners and departmental operations.

Responsibilities

  • Using Microsoft Office and the College's data information systems (such as ProSolution) to maintain accurate student records, timetables and registers.
  • Creating, updating and maintaining tracking and monitoring documentation.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, learners and external partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Collating and preparing agendas, minutes and supporting documentation.
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices in line with college procedures.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in an administrative or office‑based role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade 9-1 (A‑C) or an equivalent Level 2 qualification (or willingness to achieve this during the probationary period).
