Overview
Hours: 37 hours per week, term-time (TTO) 38 weeks per year. As an award-winning college, we value our support staff and are looking for an efficient administrator to support the Construction Crafts Faculty.
You will be required to provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Construction Crafts Faculty. Duties will include word processing, filing, data inputting, updating student records, managing a diary system and producing statistical information. The ability to communicate effectively with managers and staff is essential. You should have excellent organisational and IT skills and relevant administration experience.
You should possess 5 GCSEs (grades A-C, 9-4) including English and Maths, or equivalent. A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to the Construction Crafts Faculty
- Word processing, filing, data inputting, updating student records
- Manage diary system and produce statistical information
- Communicate effectively with managers and staff
Qualifications

- Relevant administration experience
- A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration desirable
