Targeted Youth Worker

Overview

The service will provide support interventions that will support young people struggling to engage with their education and learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group work and one to one support in school or community settings.
• Managing a caseload and identify the best methods of intervention that will meet the individuals needs using restorative approaches.
• Work closely with internal and external agencies within the area.

Target candidate

We are looking to recruit an experienced Targeted Youth Worker who will be working with young people aged 8-19 years across a variety of settings in West and East Leeds.
