Overview
As Trust Inclusion Lead you will champion inclusive practice across LDLT’s group of schools, shaping policy on inclusion and SEND. You will work with schools, children, parents and carers to drive improvements, visiting sites, supporting SENDCos and leaders, and leading training. You’ll assess how Trust and school strategies affect every child’s flourishing and translate insights into action. This role offers strategic impact across multiple sites within a faith-based education trust.
Responsibilities

- qualification and experience in supporting children with special needs and vulnerabilities
