Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the Energy and Welfare Benefits team to deliver high quality services.
- Help the team achieve agreed targets and objectives.
- Provide cover for other subject area Team Leaders.
- Support advice delivery through face‑to‑face, telephone and digital channels at the City Centre Hub.
Qualifications
- Experience of people management desirable but not essential.
- Good technical knowledge of Energy and Welfare Benefits advice.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A solution‑focused approach and a positive team leadership style.
