The Role:

We are seeking an Advice Team Supervisor to join our established service delivery teams. As an Advice Team Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring our advice services are provided to a high standard with a strong focus on customer service. You will consult, lead, motivate and support staff and volunteers to deliver quality services.

The successful applicant will have experience of advice work, supporting staff and/ or volunteers and overseeing day to day service delivery. You should have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of support, training, development and motivation for individuals. You should be organised, solution focused and a good team player.
