Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm, TTO - 38 weeks

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HLTA to join team West End. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and conscientious TA level 4 (HLTA) or above.

The successful candidate will work across school providing class cover for PPA as well as working with small groups and individual children.

You will:

  • Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of our children
  • Promote positive behaviour, independence and inclusion
  • Monitor pupil progress and feedback constructively to the staff team
  • Prepare and adapt learning resources to meet a variety of needs.
  • Under the guidance of the class teacher plan and prepare lessons when covering classes
  • Be a strong team player who is able to develop positive and strong professional relationships with colleagues
