Hours: 14.8 hours per week (2 days per week, job-share). Thursday and Friday 9am β 5pm

BITMO is a tenant-managed organisation based in the heart of our community in Belle Isle, South Leeds. Working closely with Leeds City Council, we are responsible for managing the housing and estate services in the Belle Isle neighbourhood, which is approximately nineteen hundred council properties.
We are looking for a permanent part-time colleague to work 2 days per week in a job-share arrangement with a colleague who will work 3 days per week. This is a very varied role working within the Governance and Finance Team. It involves blended responsibilities as an Office Manager, Finance Assistant and Governance Assistant.
You will work closely with the Head of Governance and Finance in providing professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Board and Sub Committees of Belle Isle TMO. This will include engagement with board members, management of forward planners, preparation of agendas, taking minutes, providing papers, preparation of meetings and events, management and review of progress against agreed action points for meetings, and management of the complaints process. You will act as Office Manager in ordering supplies and keeping stock control. Responsibilities will also include elements of financial administration in conjunction with other members of the team.
Regular evening and weekend work is required for attendance at meetings.
