The Quality, Data and Performance team is looking to appoint a Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality education and training across Luminate Education Group. Working alongside other coordinators, the role focuses on monitoring and improving quality to meet regulatory requirements, awarding body standards, and national benchmarks across both classroom and apprenticeship provision.
The Coordinator will collaborate with curriculum teams, support services, and awarding organisations to enhance assessment, feedback, and learner outcomes. They will also provide guidance, training, and support to staff to embed best practices.
The role involves travel across Luminate sites, so flexibility is essential.
What You Will Do
- Support the Programme Manager and Deputy Director of Quality Standards in promoting excellence and continuously improving the learner experience across the organisation.
- Monitor curriculum performance and provide clear, actionable reports to drive quality enhancement.
- Advising colleagues on best practices and overseeing both classroom and apprenticeship delivery, you will help ensure consistent standards and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with awarding organisations and use performance data to identify trends and inform targeted improvement strategies.
About You
- Experience working with awarding organisations and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all aspects of the learner experience.
- Familiar with analysing data to evaluate impact and managing projects that drive improvements in learner outcomes.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting quality improvement initiatives would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, along with a proven ability to meet deadlines, are essential.
