We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join our Executive Support Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our Executive Leadership Team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy executive office. As a trusted member of the team, you will act as a key point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, liaising confidently with staff, students, Governors and external stakeholders. You will take ownership of a wide range of administrative activities, delivering exceptional organisational support and playing an important role in enabling the Executive Leadership Team to focus on delivering the organisation's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Department to provide professional, responsive, and confidential PA support to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Organise events, conferences, strategy sessions and various meetings.
- Produce meeting agendas and accurate minutes of meetings.
- Assist with the planning and prioritisation of the ELT daily workload.
- Make independent decisions to support senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Senior Administrator or PA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and without direct supervision.
- Good IT skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good working ethos.
