Leeds City College is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the 14-16 Skills Programme.
You will provide one-to-one and small group support to learners, many with SEND, helping them engage with learning and build confidence for their future.
You will collaborate with teaching staff, parents/carers and external agencies to create a nurturing, structured environment.
The role is pro rata for a 39-week term, with progression to £24,505.
