Fixed Term contract till August 2027. We are seeking a proactive and organised Learning and Organisational Development Co-ordinator to join our team, as part of a small L&OD team within our HR Shared Services, to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and organisational development initiatives across our group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about people development, employee experience, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring our colleagues have access to high‑quality learning opportunities that support performance, engagement, and growth.
What You Will Do
- Contributing to the development of innovative organisation development projects to promote the groups culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and talent management goals.
- Co‑ordinating the design and delivery of bespoke training programmes and projects, including supporting the development of managers in line with the goals of the group People Strategy.
- Assisting in the design, delivery and co‑ordination of individual and corporate development events (e.g. organisational training days), using advanced digital and traditional strategies.
- Supporting continuous development of the Learning Management System.
- Supporting the team with general colleague enquiries through the FRESH system.
About You
- Educated to Level 2 or above in English and Maths or equivalent qualification (for example GCSE grade C or GCSE grade 4).
- Up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas of Learning and OD, such as transformational change and developing organisational culture.
- Experience in delivering a customer focused Learning & Organisational Development service and a track record of achieving results.
- Ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels both internally and externally, using influencing and negotiating skills appropriately.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and make recommendations in relation to appropriate learning and development solutions.
- Can manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
